Simulation error for STM32F030P4

[very question]

Hello....

I want to simulation my program for STM32f030p4 in the keil compiler but simulator don't work correctly and it show this error.

would you please help me.....

I guess that the problem is in the parts that I noted below so what should I write in the blankets for STM32f030p4

I change my IROM1 address to 0x0 and Add a empy SystemInit() in your main.c but I get access violation error

I see this page in the keil web site is shown that cortex m0 and cortex m4 don't simulate in keil
