simulate the CLKDLL, the simulator resolution must be set to

I use ISE 6.2 and modelsim 6.1se. when try to simulate the dll, modelsim give a error

# ** Error: Simulator Resolution Error : Simulator resolution is set to a value greater than 1 ps. In order to simulate the CLKDLL, the simulator resolution must be set to 1ps or smaller
# Time: 0 ns Iteration: 0 Instance: /myproject/dll2x

althought, I set the resolution from File>Add to Project> Simulation Configuration
under the resolution. change default to 1ps.

any ideas? thanks.
