I want to simulate an SD ADC in simulink. How can I get the graphs of SNR and SNDR?

(I'd like to get something like the one i attached here.)

How can I estimate the Dynamic Range in simulink?
How can I estimate ENOB in simulink?

Are all these even possible to be done in simulink?
