Hello there peeps! how goes it.

Ok so im new in electromagnetics (background nanoelectronics) and I want to learn and eventually simulate a Coplanar waveguide for specific application later.

But first, I want to learn all about this structure .. perhaps Theoretically? analytically? intuitively?
I could really use some links, tutorials (math welcomed) and general knowledge!

Also, what would you guys recommend as a good EDA software to do this in ? I'm looking for really small (nano-small) feature sizes, but nothing complicated structure wise. I know a bit of CST but nothing in HFSS, any recommendations?

thanks ! lookkin forward to be part of this forum.. digg it already. :D

cheers
