A suitable source will depend a lot on where you are. And it will be best if you clarify what you mean by high performance and cheap. E.g., what is cheap to someone may not be cheap for you and vice versa. Is it to be hand-held or bench mounted? Battery or mains operated? Heavy duty or occasional use?
