is it possiable to make a audio amplifier for my mp3 player using the following components.
two h945 **broken link removed**
one mje13005 http://www.datasheetcatalog.com/datasheets_pdf/M/J/E/1/MJE13005.shtml
one 6n c4242
one c3447 mog3

i have all of these and was wondering which would be best for a amp to run off of 12 volt dc. my friend told me the MJE13005 was the best option, is this correct. All the components dont have to be used and should i use a capasitor to reduse the sharp peaks of noise.
i have a 12 volt input and a medium sized loud speaker.
also how does a bass boost circuit work
i anyone could please upload a circuit in circuit maker student format

p.s. i am a newbie

An amplifier made with only 3 transistors has poor performance. Six or eight transistors make a pretty good amplifier. Many resistors and a few capacitors are also needed.

If you use only a single transistor then the speaker gets cooked and the battery dies soon.

You should use an audio amplifier IC. There are hundreds to choose from. How much power do you want?

If your speaker has a reasonable size (at least 6.5" diameter) and is in a properly designed enclosure that is matched to the spec's of the speaker then it doesn't need bass boost.
You can make bass boost with a tone control circuit.

Don't you want stereo (two channels)?

i also got
six c9014 transistors http://www.futurlec.com/Transistors/C9014.shtml
one c9012 http://www.futurlec.com/Transistors/C9012.shtml
one 2n5551 http://www.datasheetcatalog.com/datasheets_pdf/2/N/5/5/2N5551.shtml

i have a ton of of resistors and capcitors

the speaker is about 5" and the power should be about 15 to 20 watts

and yes it is two channels but dosent have to be
and does use a variable resistor for volume control
and what is a cooked speaker does it mean that it gets heated up?

also how good is a Piezoelectric speaker as a tweeter ?

A 5" speaker is small. It might be destroyed if it is fed 15 or 20 watts.
Its bass response will be poor.

A cooked speaker is destroyed by too much heat. If a single transistor is used to make an extremely simple amplifier then the DC current in the transistor and in the speaker is very high. The current causes the speaker to over-heat.

A piezo tweeter is garbage because it has many response peaks caused by resonances. I call it a "whistle" not a tweeter.
