SIM900 OEM version not responing correctly to different telecompanies

Hi, i am unfortunatly not very well known about this product however i have SIM900 witch is a part of the LTL acorn 6210 Wildlife cam, it's supposed to send MMS or use GPRS to relay pictures to a specifyed adress, here is my problem, the module is working fine with 2 of the major tele companies in Norway, however not at all with other copmanies, does anuone have an idea ????

All the correct info has been applied into the divice but it does not want to send MMS with a TELE2 card , however work perfectly with the TELENOR or NETCOM suppliers....
