sim508 interfacing

Hi ALL,

I try to send AT commands using microcontroller to the SIM508 EVB but it don't respond and I find disturbance in the behavior(appear in the status leds).

when I use the pc to simulate the board behavior it work well, also interfacing the board with the PC and sending AT commands work well.

note: in some cases I may notice the disturbance just during connecting the serial cable or connecting the power to the microcontroller board.

sim508 evb board

HI

after some investigation, we found that we should pull some signals high, these signals are other than the Tx and Rx even that we don't use flow control
and the problem was solved

Hi Alzomor, I am just starting project with pic and SIM508. Can you post diagram of the connection? may be it will be beneficial not only for me
