SIM300 GPRS Connection CIPSTART TCP CONNECT CLOSED Problem is driving me nuts! Help!!

I'm using the code given here (SIM300 GPRS Tutorial) to connect to GPRS. But I'm unable to connect to google.com as the TCP connection is not getting established.

I don't know why this is not working! It used to work.. i've tried it before.. but I don't understand why its not connecting now. I have enough balance.. I have gprs activated... Help me please... This is driving me nuts!!!!!!!
