We know the importance of some of the lengths like lambda/2 known as repeating length,lambda/4 known as inverting length .

I would like to know other significant lengths like lambda/10,lambda/5 or some other lengths..

Element lengths related to a wavelength only represent selected impedances. For such representations they are used. If you only know what you wrote, please read a textbook explaining the easy use of the Smith diagram. Knowing how to use it you can do many useful actions in RF and microwave work.
