(1)Show that an exponential e^-at starting at -∞ is neither an energy nor a power signal for any Real value of a.
- I can prove that Energy is infinite. But, for power if we take integral between limits -T/2 and T/2, we get power = ∞ .But, if we take limits of integration from 0 to T we get power = 0;
Can somebody explain which one is correct and why?
power = lim(as T->∞) {1/T*∫e^-2at dt}
