I took Sigma Delta Modulator as my thesis topic...
Can I use HSpice to behaviorally model Sigma Delta modualtor using VHDL-AMS?
 

i suggest using Matlab for behavior, for circuit simulation, you can use hspice,spectre,eldo,etc.
 

hey but which is better or wats the difference between MATLAB and VHDL-AMS behavioral modelling?
