siemens s5 115u

I have a problem with a 115U CPU, i hope somebody can help me...

I can't seem to get the CPU into RUN, and it is not a problem with
this specific device, cause i have 3 more en all with the same problem.
2 Led's are lit, the red STOP led and the red BA led.
Is there something i am missing, or is it a problem with the software?
Does anybody have experience with this problem, and how to solve it?
Thanks for your help guys...

Grtz

I seems to be a problem with the periphery, I meant one of the input or output modules have the problem, not the CPU module. Try unpluging one by one the modules to see if the CPU goes run.
Do you have the SIEMENS software? Can you consult the B-STACK and U-STACK? What it says?
Hope this help.

u-stack s5 siemens

Hi Swilly,

Thanks for your reply.
I have the software so i can check the U and B-stack, but i don't know
enough about it to understand what i means...
Can you tell me what i have to look for, cause we tried to unplug each
module like you said, but with no change.
Is there a certain flag that is important in one of the stacks?
Hope you can help...

Thx
Chrhuy.
