please am designing an inverter using sg3524 and i really need a shut down circuit at a battery voltage 10.5V,i need help please.
 

A transistor can be adjusted to operate a relay.

You probably want a certain amount of hysteresis. This is provided by the relay itself.

A relay is a convenient way to do the switching, although it is not the only method.
 

You could just use an external UVLO detector to manipulate the shutdown pin of the controller.
