Hi ,

So, I am trying to short the output of the inverter to VDD or GND, irrespective of the input value. I am doing this by changing dopants. Need to know what other overheads will I need to take into consideration?

Are you changing the MOS's ? .

Curiosity :)
What are you testing by this circuit ?
