Shorting bar 0.2" (5.08mm) correct name and where to source?

I need to HI-Pot a device that has a large number of 0.2" (5.08mm) spacing connectors. I need to short all these terminations together for the HI-POT test, I have seen shorting bars that look like this:


The connectors on the board are the rising camp bar style, so I don't need the screw type termination (or the insulation) shown above, just a bunch of shorted pins with 0.2" spacing, I could even use 0.1" spacing and just cut off every other pin. I know these exist I just don't no what they are called or where to source them.

Anyone know?
 

These same beasts came with my plotter - chart recorder- used to short the neutral to ground- on the binding posts. I too do not his name- seen him only once. His cousin is called a spade lug.
