Settling time plot of transfer function using MATLAB

Hi, I am beginner so have little idea about MATLAB. But I needed "Settling Time" vs "b" plot of the transfer function attached in this thread.
variable "b" ranges from 3 to 6 for a = 3,4,5.
Could anybody suggest me how can I do this using MATLAB.
Please help me as its very urgent for me...
