Hello,

do someone know if exist a 3V version of Zilog Z85C30 SCC ?

If not do somenone know if there is a free Z85C30 core IP to be downloaded in an FPGA ?

Try Philips Semiconductors XA-SCC. It is similar to the 85C30 and can run at both 3.3V and 5V.
