Hi,
I am new to sentaurus,
Can anyone please tell me how to define a metal electrode with varying workfunction in sentaurus.
What is the concept of barrier in electrode section ?

As manual says we include the n+poly effect by defining the barrier =-0.55, cant we do that by defining the workfunction?

Can anyone please tell me how do we tune the carrier effective mass in Sentaurus Tcad for the caliberation?
