Is there a software to simulate pcb design and books will help.i need to know more about high speed pcb design and simulation.i want to know more about decoupling methods and when and where ground plane is used.signal integrity test and many many unknown parameters needed for pcb design.Naming them will help too..

High-Speed Circuit Board Signal Integrity of Thierauf is a really good book;
High-Speed Digital System Dsign of Hall, Hall & McCall;
and for basics: Signal Integrity Issues and Printed Circuit Board Design of Douglas Brooks.
You can simulate your designs with the tools from ansoft. Also any spice will work.

hope this helps.
