send data at a single computer using hyperterminal

hello i need to know that how can i use hyperterminal to send a nmea text file to a serial port splitter and then use vb6 to take that data.i actually require to send and receive text file at a single or same computer plzzzzzz reply soon:cry:
 

I'm not sure I actually understand what you are asking. But I think you want to create virtual com ports and connect them. Com0com can do that, here's an example of using it:
