selecting the right transformer

Hi, I'm going to build a power supply project I found on Digikey : http://www.powerint.com/sites/default/files/PDFFiles/der58.pdf
I'm having problem about the transformer selection. On the pdf, it is explained how to build it, but I' d like to buy a ready made one. Coud you point me in the right direction about searching it? Which keywords should I use?

That transformer is a specialized design just for that circuit. It is unlikely that there is an off-the-shelf match. A search keyword would be "flyback transformer".
