i want to interface GSM module and RF-ID card reader with microcontroller.
So i want microcontroller with two UART..
can anyone suggest me such uc possibly of Atmega series with less cost?
thanks

Is development board of these uc available?

Possibly, although you could build your own or use a breadboard to prototype your design.

and ATMEGA162 will be suitable for my system no??

I honestly cannot answer that question without knowing more about your application/design.

The search page for which I have provided a link, can be changed to match your requirements.

There are 25 ATmega series devices currently offered by Atmel which have two or more UARTs.

You may want to select a device with has more than the required Flash/RAM and is available in a development board.
