SEGV Signal Error on defining "CON.RESIST" IN "CONTACT" statement in Silvaco

SEGV Signal Error on defining "CON.RESIST" IN "CONTACT" statement in Silvaco

I have been getting error when i am defining "con.resist " in the CONTACT statement as

"contact name=source con.resist=5e-06
contact name=drain con.resist=5e-06
contact name=gate work=4.28"


Error : Index1 not found
Process interupted by signal SEGV

and simulation is aborted at SOLVE Vgate=0 outf=solve_tmp1

Can anybody help me on this ????
