Hi to all,
I'm seeking a scheme of ~1W RF amplifier with the following performance:
Zi=50 ohm.
Zo=50 ohm.
f=13.56Mhz.
Pi=~150 mW.
Po=~1W.
I don't know if these information are sufficient to characterize the circuit that I need but if yes someone can help me?
thx
regards

Does this need to be a linear amplifier or non-linear amplifier? That would help us get started.
