I am preparing for a new paper that I intend to submitt the IEEE potentials, the paper discusses a new high performance power amplifier. Are you serious? You're looking for a second author on an online forum?
 

Have to understand…is a world wide crisis…this is the reason that whatever world economies stand we have more authors than good published papers (or books)
 

So? This is about as completely dishonest as it gets outside of totally fabricating data.
