SE vendor Tech' help!!!!!

I need help how to tie up the vendor Technology with SE/Pearl.
ASAP.

Vendor will provide you front-end library files such lef, tlf, verilog and so on, then these files can be used in SE.

For pearl, you can follow the tutor in openbooks to set up the files.
