Salary range for IC Design Engineer in Spore ?

Could anybody tell, what is the salary range for 2-4years experience IC Design Engineer neither Analog/Digital in Singapore ? What are the other benefits do they offer such like stock option,etc ?
 

with regards to my friend working their..
salary is 3300..analog circuit engineer
 

that is pretty low right?
 

is that pre or after tax?
 

The salaries in Singapore for a 2-3 yrs exp person can range from 3000 to 4500...

well it is with tax... and i dont think that u get other benefits like stock options and all... but it depends on company to company.....
