Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for pre-sales technical support of Singapore / Kawasaki_川崎, Japan market technical solutions, complete pre-sales and after-sales technical consultation and scheme design;
2. Organized and implemented product presentations, technical exchanges and technical lectures for customers;
3. Solve the application circuit design and related application system technology problems of customers.
4. Assisted sales staff and customers in technical exchanges and solutions at all levels (business and technical realization);
5. Coordinate the support of software/hardware development, product design and business promotion.
6. Tracking and handling complaints from customers.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic information engineering.
2. Proficient in English, able to read and kind of device English data skillfully.
3. Good English communication skills and standard Chinese language is a plus.
4. Good at thinking, good customer service awareness and team work spirit.
5. integrated semiconductor industry chip factory overseas application technical support experience is preferred.
The company is fabless, which head office is base in Shenzhen, China, has R&D center in Singapore, Japan etc.
