I want to construct RF amplifier stage with help of .s2p s-parameter model.
Usually there are (optionally) included Vc and Ic.
Mostly, Ic and Vc are included with values as comments in .s2p file.
Here is example from nxp.com site:
BLF177_50V100mA BLF177 50V 100mA S-parameter Data Model
BLF177_25V_100mA BLF177 25V 100mA S-parameter Data Model
What does 100mA refer to? Is this single permitted Ic current for transistor that works by specified model or is this max. current for given transistor model allowed?
I use RFSim99 app for calculating impedance matching L-C components.
Only thing I need to know is regarding these currents.
