s parameters of a diode

how to find s parameters of a diode? The diode has admittance as y= 1/R + jwc.

now how to find its S parameters? What is the formula to find s21?

is there any site where s parameters sums of passive components compoenets are solved?

please help me out.
 

If you know the admittance of the diode, you can put those values into MWO schematic and obtain the s-parameters. However, keep in mind that, with applied power/voltage C value can vary.
