sparameter change of impedance

I have a s2p data for 50 Ohm system.

In this link (page 13), there are equations defined to change the s2p data from Zo to Zop (new Zo value).
cpd.ogi.edu/IEEE-MTT-ED/S-Parameter%20Basics.pdf

Anyone knows the equations used to change the s2p data if I am using different source/ load impedance? For an example, source impedance remains 50Ohm but load impedance changed to 75Ohm.

I know that the simulation tools such as ADS and etc. can do the calculations for me but I am curious to know the equations to be used.

source and load parameters

The document only explains s-parameters and signal flow graph but it didn't explain how to manipulate the data for different characteristic impedance.
