Hi All,
Sir,

Im Using MSP430 as micro controller in my design, The issue is RTC clock (32Khz) drift, which leads to show RTC (Configured in calender mode) to show Excess 22 Sec in Each 1 Hour, that is almost 5000 ppm error, if i configure the board to source from internal crystal also, same issue persists,

I changed load capacitor also, But no use,

Can anyone suggests me some solution ?
regards,
Rah
