Hi,
I think that one of the best monitors for serial is Crosstalk Mark 4 for DOS. It supports multitasking (multiple sessions on different channels) , any protocols.
In addition it has extremely powerful script language.
You can watch several ports simultaneously, taking some decisions.
Crosstalk exists for Windows as well, but it's very limited like scripting.
Just wandering from where to get it, bur Crosstalk is the best.
