RS 232 Half duplex

Is half duplex communication is possible with PIC16F84 (software UART)

I need to develop PIC to PIC data transferring circuit (wireless).I am using a same frequency RF modules at both sides and i think there is a chance of collision.Any one can help me...:?::?:
