i am building a hexapod robot(six legged robot), in which the hexapod body radius was 7.5cm, for this body size how can i calculate the leg length ?
and what are the begining steps in order to do a robot ?
actually i am an electronics student, i dont know mechanical parts, so what i have to study to build a robot ?
Surely you can choose whatever size legs you want? For movement, you can use the kind of servos used in radio controlled models. Their control signal is a square wave of about 50Hz, with pulse width proportional to the desired position. It should be a no-brainer to interface that to the digital circuitry.
