How do you make a regular UHF RFID tag work even when attached to metals like a license plate? I've read about an anti-jamming material that you insert between the tag and the metal surface... but i need a more specific solution. Thank you!!!

Forget about the "anti-jamming material" (whatever it is). If the tag antenna is designed as a patch over a groundplane, then it can work perfectly. A dipole antenna, inverted F or similar "monopole" in contrast can't work, unless you create a sufficient distance between the metal plate and the antenna. So the solution is to select a tag with a suitable antenna type.

Hi,

Yes, it is possible the detail information is available only under NDA. Please see a picture it is an application is marking of metal bottles .
UHF RFID tag is place directly on metal , thickness is only 1mm.
