you may use also ad8307, also hard to achieve, but this is what i have

Borber, maybe is easy to find in your country, but in romania is very expensive and i do not need so high frequencies

no, romania isn't on their list to ship samples, but maxim do this. The application was dedicated to those who are interested in rf measurement of homebrew equipment. I forgot to put on topic the fimware
