I would like to learn to design RF Power Amplifier with one and two transistor. Looking for a book or appnote in which they were practical examples of today's components

What's my point
- frequency range 400-450MHz or 850-900MHz
- input 0.1-10dBm
- output 0,5W or 1W or 2W

Can you advise?
