schematic simulation

I design LNA schematic. For modeling I use extracted model in chip schematic + pkg model + models external capacitors and inductors. In some nets I use tline3 created in LMG GUI.
1) How I can create model of my external PCB design and modeling in Cadence IC ?
2) Which utilites i must use for creating PCB design, extact transmission lines and communities betwen us, and convert to any Cadence IC format?

design transmission rf pcb

You should simulate your PCB in a planar 2.5D simulator such as ADS Momentum..
And then you will obtain s-parameters of your PCB then you can place a n-port device that will represent your PCB in schematic view in Cadence..
After that, you'll able to simulate your complete circuitin cadence design environment..
