I've added an attachment from the IEEE MTT society, that discusses a test bed suitable for 3G characterization. They analyzed the MRF9045, MRF9045 for AM-AM, AM-PM, and memory effects. They also discuss linearization. A very nice doc for base station or HPA designers concerned about linearity.
