RF CONNTROLLER USING PIC16F84A help me

i have problem in programming coding for RF controller using PIC16F84A using mplab. i have coding but it not function. somebody help me to repair or make new programming for me. all cirrcuit and original source at **broken link removed** help me!!!!!1
