Does the reverse recovery current in a continuous mode flyback go through.....

1....the transformer interwinding capacitance?

-or

2.....does it get coupled through the transformer?

i.e..........When the FET switches on, some reverse recovery current of the diode goes through the fet..........which of the two above paths did the reverse recovery current take, on its way to the fet?

Recovery currents will be coupled via the transformer to the FET. It's just the same as with a boost converter, which is the parent topology of the flyback.
