Resistor placement during layout

I would like to know the constraints or precautions to be taken during placing reisotrs in a layout.

you means it as a plus (resistor)layer-under cooper_similar to thick film hybrids?

consider following:

to try to keep away from sensitive circuits preferable at the corner...keep under guarding ring ... dummy added...
