resistor layout falied Assura LVS even succeed at DIVA LVS

I layout two 1.297K resistors. Each resistor have been divided into four parts and each part have five unit resistor in series. Common centroid technique is used to make sure they have good match.

Here is the problem:
DIVA LVS said layout and schematic are matched, however, Assura LVS show that they are not mached for same layout and schematic.

it seems like Assura LVS can not combine those resistor in series as a single one.

Any clue?

Not the Assura tool is the culprit; probably the necessary command(s) are missing in the extract rules file. You should have a command like
permuteDevice( series "polyres" seriesRES )
in your extract.rul file (where polyres should be replaced by the cell name of your resistor).
