Hi All,

I am trying to obtain a SPICE netlist for the power and ground nets from a Cadence Encounter design that I can then join with other networks. Does anyone know how this might be done?

I have tried using the 'extract special nets' check box on the Fire and Ice extraction window but it never outputs information for VDD or VSS, only for the signal nets.

It may be possible to do this using Calibre PEX, but I would rather not have to go through the trouble of passing LVS first, and I'm not sure if I would be able to accurately figure out which port is which.

Any suggestions?

Regards,
Michael
