Required Guidelines for Reviewing Layout

I am reviewing a 10 layer baord. the main ICs used are:
Microprocessor: mpc8377e
Nand and Nor flash
DDR2 SDRAM 1GB
crystals
oscillators
RGMII transceiver (RTL8211B/C)
TRansformer section( PG2432 or 700NL)
RTC
Power modules for 24 to 12, 12 to 3.3, 12 to 1v
LDOs
USB in Agent mode
JTAG

I am just a novice and have little idea of Alegro (.brd) file viewer.
Please provide some guide line or link

Please provide info on critical signals like different powers, clock, data,control, ground , ground earth.
