Why? If you have the device then the MCU in it will surely already have the code.
If you are trying to clone/pirate this device then why would anyone help you.
If the MCU is one of the dsPIC30F family, then there are MANY threads in many forums about this type of inverter.

Fully agree with the above comments.
Beside this, I would like to add something: if you ask this way, many people (including me)
wouldn't like it. You may consider a "low profile" attitide when you ask something,
especially for free. Saying hello, thanks, and using other politeness keywords wouldn't hurt.
And the best way to get help is to give as much detail as possible, for instance give the schematic,
tell what you already did, what dev environment you are using, etc...
