Iam generating a 5v pulse
i want to convert it to 12v
how can i interface circuit

The simplest circuit that can do this conversion would be the basic transistor inverter supplied from 12V power source ..
See atteched picture (or google for transistor inverter) ..

use linear regulator/ converters from dc-dc. u can google this...

This won`t work because you`ll lose the square pulse unless you have it regulated. Use an opamp circuit.. that will do it. You are misleading the house and it is against the standing orders of this forum.
