request TMSC NMOS-PMOS models

Hi,

I intensitively need TMSC transistor models for HSPICE.
I have .18 micron, But should examine my circuit in newer technology like .9 micron or .45 micron.
please guide me how I can find this transitor model library or if it is possible please give them me.

are u sure dat u want TMSC and not TSMC of MOSIS?

u can download model files which are actually text files from MOSIS website.
